What is your Exchange / Return policy?
Our exchange rates are remarkably low because we ensure that our hair extensions are of high quality. But we do understand that you may want to exchange them for a different color. We'd be more than happy to, but ONLY if the hair extensions are unopened, unworn and the Main Packet (the biggest envelope) has not been tampered with.
Glamcheck packaging box contains 3 packets. We request you to fist open the packet that reads “Try Me First”. It contains one of the hair wefts from your full head set that allows you to check the color & quality of the hair extensions.
Only after you are satisfied with the color & quality you can open the other 2 packets that contains the remaining pieces from the set.
Please remember once you open the Main Packet (the biggest envelope), the set cannot be Exchanged/Returned.
Why don't you accept opened packages?
Because human hair extensions are hygienic products. We're super finicky about hygiene. So we just don't accept opened or tampered items. None of our competitors do either.
What is the Exchange / Return process?
You are first requested to contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 24 hours and provide you with our return address.
Pack the unopened, untampered and unworn items along with the invoice. Write or print our address on the package. Please add “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on your package or it will be returned to you.
All Glamcheck Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. Once we receive your returned items at our facilty, we will conduct a quality check. If the returned items pass inspection, we will send out the new product to you shortly after.
May I return Glamcheck Hair Extensions without contacting you or getting an RMA?
No. You must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending your order back to us. The RMA also facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund.
Please note that refunds/exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as such returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility without an RMA.
Do I have to pay for return shipping charges?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you choose a courier service that gives you a tracking number and provide it to us. Glamcheck Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.
When will I get my exchange?
We will send out the new hair extensions after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and taken out of the Main Envelope.

Cancel and Return Policy - If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After placing an order, if the Customer wishes to cancel the order if the order, the Customer shall send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with order details that need to be cancelled with a reason. You can cancel your order online within 24 hours of placing the order. Your entire order amount will be refunded. In case the item You have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to You, You cannot cancel the order. When a cancellation is accepted by the Company, Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. Refund will be made in the same form in which the payment has been received within 7-10 working days.
We will gladly credit Your bank account with the order amount for Your next purchases. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
